You are assuming the management of a television set manufacturer. It has been successful in its home country but there are a number of new countries that can be entered into. There are many ways this can be done. In the end it all comes down to you and your decisions. Your firm's success rests on how well you design and implement a strategy that outsmarts the competition. To come out on top you must deliver earnings and dividends to your company's shareholders.
